John Doesn't Call

LOS ANGELES, 1995

The T-1000 has arrived from the future, sent by Skynet to terminate John Connor. To trap John, it disguises itself as his foster mother, Janelle, and insinuates itself into her life. But as the T-1000 lies in wait, patiently preparing to strike the moment John calls home, it has to contend with Janelle's husband... and with the possibility that there is more to Todd, and to life, than it thought.

Do you remember in Terminator 2, the scene where John Connor calls home and the T-1000 is pretending to be his foster mother? Have you ever wondered why the T-1000 is chopping vegetables when John calls? How long would it have carried on that ruse if John hadn't interrupted it? Would it have finished making dinner? Would it have sat down and watched TV with Todd? Would it have put its pyjamas on and gone to bed with its new husband?
